Willow a rescue dog with trust issues loves her twice-weekly walks
"We adopted our black lab, Willow, three years ago. She's extremely wary of other people and generally sticks to us like glue. Sarah put a huge amount of time and effort into getting Willow to trust her before even taking her out the door and then built up the distance and variety of walks step by step. Now Willow bounds out the house without a backward glance and is much more relaxed with other people as well as dogs. We couldn't leave her with anyone else.

She has Molly all day and takes her out for two walks- one to the local park for Molly to play with her friends, and a longer afternoon walk to Richmond or Ham to let Molly really go for it and enjoy herself. Molly always returns home knackered and happy - the sign of a great day with Sarah."

"I know I've missed out coz Alfie will tell me ALL later. Why can't my folks send me out with the Furry Dog Mother as well!? After all, it's not just Alfie she takes Maddy from number 27 too. That's it...I'm having a word with Alfie's dad. Maybe he can convince my parents to let me go with them."

Just like at home he sleep's on her bed and Sarah takes him wherever she goes, including the local pub - where he's given pigs' ears! I love the fact that Sarah only takes on a couple of overnight boarders and walks are with very few dogs so that they can enjoy each others company fully but not be overwhelmed. Email updates and photos whilst away are very always welcome -i'ts lovely to know our dog is having a good a time as we are!"
